Has 16ft outside awning, 7k watt generator with 12gal. fuel tank, 100 gal. fresh water tank, 50 gal. black water tank and if im right its got a 50 gal. gray water tank, Central heat and A/C, Ceiling fan, Tile counter top with full-size double sink in kitchen, Full size shower with skylight, Recliner in living room along with sleeper couch, Table for four in kitchen, 1100 watt built in microwave, Queen bed and large closet in bedroom, Attic type fan to circulate air throughout trailer, Tinted windows all around, It is also wired to pull second trailer behind fifthwheel, Tires are new condition. I have all manuals for pretty much every thing on or in this trailer. I am the second owner and purchaced this on 06/25/05 It has been a great trailer for me and will be for you too.
